Basics With MicahLT: How To Set Up a Website with Repl.it

I’ve already made a tutorial on how you can build a website with GitHub, but that can be slightly complicated.  Today I’m going to teach you how to host your site on Repl.it, another online coding platform.  First, you need to create an account.  Repl.it allows you to log in with GitHub, and I’d suggest that.  So hit the GitHub logo- it’s in between the Google and Facebook icons.
After that, it’ll lead you through account setup.  Navigate to the “My Repls” page and click the plus in the bottom right and then click all languages.  Select HTML, CSS, JS from the list.
Now you are in the Repl.it coding environment.  Here’ you’ll notice that you already have a basic HTML document set up for you.
Start editing!  Once you have finished, you can publish the site- except it’s already published.  From the moment you started it.  Look in the preview box.
That’s your address.  To change it, just Change the name of your Repl.  You can also use a custom domain:

I hope you enjoyed this tutorial.  See you next Friday!
